At UFC 297, Movsar Evloev claimed his 18th career victory, but UFC CEO Dana White made headlines for allegedly betting on a football game instead of focusing on the fights. While Evloev defeated Arnold Allen, White criticized the bout, labeling it as the “least entertaining fight ever.” However, White’s comments came under scrutiny when it was revealed that he was distracted by American football and placing bets during the event.

Despite White’s lack of attention, Evloev remains determined in his pursuit of the UFC featherweight title. With an impressive winning streak of eight fights in the UFC, he currently holds the No. 5 ranking in the featherweight division. Evloev is now setting his sights on a potential title eliminator matchup against former bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling. Sterling recently made a successful debut in the featherweight division by defeating Calvin Kattar in a dominant performance at UFC 300.
