Bully Ray also shared his perspective of Rhodes as a potential heel character and pitched a scenario where Rhodes is swayed by Paul Heyman to embrace his darker side. He mentioned Rhodes’ struggles and his connection to Dusty Rhodes, indicating a need for someone to draw out that darker facet within him.
