Dustin Poirier, a popular MMA fighter known for his exciting fighting style, has expanded his business ventures with his own hot sauce brand, Poirier’s Louisiana Style, and a bourbon called Rare Stash. Before his upcoming lightweight title bout against Islam Makhachev at UFC 302 next month, Poirier will also display his acting chops. Bud Light, who has a sponsorship deal with Poirier, has launched a fresh commercial featuring him fulfilling the wishes of bar customers. The ad depicts Poirier taking the patrons to a UFC event and engaging in banter with the Bud Light genie.
Set to take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on June 1, UFC 302 will see Poirier challenging Makhachev for the lightweight title. Bud Light and the UFC have joined forces once again for a multiyear partnership after being collaborators from 2008 to 2017.
