The seasoned UFC lightweight contender faced Benoit Saint-Denis earlier this year in a brutal showdown at UFC 299 in Miami. Following a knockout defeat to Dustin Poirier in July 2023, Poirier secured a crucial victory by dropping Saint-Denis with a decisive right hook and finishing with ground-and-pound.
