AEW has started to use QR codes in their interactions with fans.
In a recent tweet, AEW hinted that TBS Champion Mercedes Moné had plans to thank her loyal fans by incorporating QR codes during the upcoming June 5 episode of AEW Dynamite. Fans were told to watch for the QR code for a surprise from “The CEO.”
Mercedes Moné recently returned at AEW Double or Nothing, where she defeated Willow Nightingale to become the TBS Champion. She later defended her title against Skye Blue on a subsequent episode of Dynamite.
