As a replacement, UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira will step in on short notice to defend his title in a rematch against former champion Jiri Prochazka. Additionally, Brian Ortega will now face Diego Lopes in the co-main event, while Carlos Ulberg will fight Anthony Smith, who is filling in for the injured Jamahal Hill. Furthermore, the UFC Saudi Arabia card will feature a new main event.
