Buff Bagwell, a former WCW wrestler, recently discussed his time teaming up with legendary WWE Hall of Famer, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, back in 1992 at WCW. Bagwell didn’t hide his unease when it came to dealing with a real snake as part of their act. Many wrestlers, Bagwell included, found the snake aspect of Roberts’ persona intimidating. Bagwell admitted to his fear of snakes and was not thrilled about having to face one during his initial match with Roberts. Nevertheless, Bagwell appreciated Roberts’ dedication to his character.
Bagwell also reminisced about how Roberts would play pranks on the wrestling roster by surprising them with the snake in the locker room.
