Two matches have been officially set for the upcoming episode of WWE RAW scheduled for August 12.
As revealed during the August 5 broadcast of RAW, Sami Zayn is primed to reclaim the WWE Intercontinental Championship in a rematch against the current titleholder, Bron Breakker. Breakker, who secured the title from Zayn at WWE SummerSlam, will defend his championship in a Two-Out-of-Three Falls Match.
In another anticipated showdown, IYO SKY and Kairi Sane will join forces to take on the duo of Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark. The victorious pair in this match will earn the opportunity to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
This announcement follows the comeback of Damage CTRL on WWE RAW, targeting Baszler, Stark, and Sonya Deville. Deville’s group launched an assault on Dakota Kai backstage, but SKY triumphed over Deville in a singles match. Sane, a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, and SKY, a former WWE Women’s Champion, bring their impressive track records to the impending bout.
