WWE Parent Company TKO Achieves Record Quarterly Results in Q2 2024

WWE has been experiencing significant growth in 2024, surpassing the performance of 2022 and 2023. The company achieved record-breaking attendance and ticket sales for events like WrestleMania, Backlash, and Money in the Bank, driving up overall revenue.

In a recent press release, TKO announced stellar results for the second quarter of 2024. The company generated $851.2 million in revenue, $150.7 million in net income, and $420.9 million in adjusted EBITDA, marking all-time highs for TKO.

Compared to the same period in 2023, revenue and adjusted EBITDA surged by 179% and 142%, respectively, with net income climbing by $68.9 million. WWE’s revenue outperformed UFC, totaling $456.8 million versus UFC’s $394.4 million.

For the fiscal year 2024, TKO revised its financial targets upward, setting revenue goals at $2.745 billion and adjusted EBITDA at $1.240 billion, signaling a positive financial trajectory for WWE.
