Kai Kara-France made a spectacular return to UFC 305 by securing a knockout victory over Steve Erceg. The match began calmly, with Erceg pursuing Kara-France around the Octagon. However, towards the end of the first round, Kara-France delivered a crushing one-two punch combo followed by a powerful overhand left that sent Erceg crashing to the canvas.
Despite Kara-France’s efforts to finish the fight on the ground, Erceg managed to stand back up. Yet, Kara-France persisted and connected with a significant right hook that floored Erceg once more. After a series of ground strikes, the referee had to stop the fight with less than a minute remaining in the round.
