Exciting news for WWE fans as two new matches have been confirmed for the upcoming WWE RAW episode on September 16.
RAW General Manager, Adam Pearce, made the announcements on Twitter. The first match will feature Damian Priest facing off against Dominik Mysterio. Priest has been embroiled in a rivalry with Judgment Day ever since Finn Balor turned on him at WWE SummerSlam. Priest is also set to clash with Balor at WWE Bad Blood.
Pearce also revealed that Bronson Reed will be taking on Braun Strowman in another match. The two powerhouse wrestlers have been escalating their feud in recent weeks, with Reed making a statement by landing a Tsunami onto a car. In a recent episode, Reed went after Strowman and executed a splash through the broadcast table.
The updated lineup for the September 16 episode of WWE RAW now includes:
- CM Punk’s highly-anticipated return
- WWE World Tag Team Championship match: The Judgment Day (Finn Balor & JD McDonagh) (c) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods)
- Damian Priest vs. Dominik Mysterio
- Bronson Reed vs. Braun Strowman
