ONE Championship recently held a successful event in Denver, Colorado known as ONE 168, breaking ticket revenue records and marking a lucrative return to the United States. Despite its usual focus on Muay Thai in Bangkok, the Denver show proved to be highly profitable, as reported by MMA expert John S. Nash. The event generated a total gate revenue of $1,280,335, selling 8583 tickets and giving away 1778 complimentary tickets.

The event gained attention for Demetrious Johnson’s retirement, resulting in the vacated ONE 135-pound Flyweight title. The highlight of the night was Superlek Kiatmuu9’s victory over Jonathan Haggerty with an elbow knockout in just 49 seconds in the main event. Additionally, John Lineker secured a knockout win against Asa Ten Pow in one of the earlier fights. ONE Championship’s next event, ONE 169, is set to take place in Atlanta, Georgia on November 8, 2024.
