Nathan Rivera has maintained his undefeated streak in the first round throughout his BKFC career. The 27-year-old featherweight always aims for a knockout but is open to the idea of a more extended fight in his upcoming match at BKFC 69. He is scheduled to fight Justin “The Nightmare” Street on December 6 at Gas South Arena in Atlanta, in what promises to be an exciting event as BKFC makes its debut in Georgia. The fight will be broadcast live on The BKFC App.

During a conversation, Rivera shared a light-hearted moment when a coworker jokingly advised him not to end the fight in just 20 seconds. Rivera expressed his desire for a more competitive and longer fight, mentioning that all his victories, dating back to his amateur days, have been first-round finishes. He believes that Street, with his toughness and experience from 13 professional matches, is capable of delivering a thrilling and close contest that could potentially go the distance.

Rivera sees Georgia as a promising location for BKFC to grow and establish itself further in the world of combat sports. He is excited to be part of introducing the sport to fans in the Peach State as they witness their first BKFC event.

Although Rivera enjoys fighting in his hometown, he is determined to expand his reach and make a name for himself on a bigger platform. He emphasized that while he loves competing locally, his ultimate goal is not limited to being known only as a regional fighter. Rivera aims to fight frequently next year, aiming for four to five matches. He has discussed his aspirations with BKFC President David Feldman, who has shown support for Rivera’s ambitions.
