Michael Chandler is still keen on fighting Conor McGregor
The scheduled fight between the two lightweight fighters was postponed due to filming commitments for The Ultimate Fighter. McGregor’s training injury in June led to further delays, and Chandler went on to lose to Charles Oliveira in November at UFC 309.
Chandler is looking to have two fights in 2025.
In a recent Q&A session, Chandler addressed fans’ questions about his future fights, confirming that a bout with McGregor is still on the cards. He also expressed interest in facing Jorge Masvidal who is planning a comeback to MMA after a break.
Chandler also clarified his comments on Charles Oliveira.
Despite previous losses to Oliveira, Chandler believes he can win in future matchups. He aims to face McGregor and Masvidal in the upcoming season.
