Mike Perry is already on the hunt for opponents for 2025.

The former UFC fighter and BKFC’s “King of Violence” champion took matters into his own hands by calling out former UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler for a bareknuckle boxing match. Perry made the challenge by stepping into the ring, grabbing the microphone, and addressing Lawler, who was seated ringside at Saturday’s Bareknuckle Hollywood event in South Florida.

“Who should face me next? I see Robbie Lawler in the crowd and I think he should take the gloves off, and he should step inside the square circle against ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry,” Perry announced.

Lawler, at 42, retired from fighting in July 2023 following a victory over Niko Price at UFC 290. Known as “Ruthless,” Lawler is a prominent name in the welterweight division over the last decade. He held the UFC welterweight title from 2014 to 2016 and has triumphed over several notable fighters, including Nick Diaz, Carlos Condit, Rory MacDonald, Donald Cerrone, and Josh Koscheck.

Perry, 33, has gained significant fame since his departure from the UFC in 2021. He remains undefeated as a bareknuckle boxer under BKFC, boasting a record of 5-0. Although, in his most recent fight back in July, Perry suffered a TKO loss to YouTuber turned fighter Jake Paul in a boxing match.
