Merab Dvalishvili has a great sense of humor.
Dvalishvili, who is set to fight Henry Cejudo at UFC 298 in Anaheim, Calif., next month, is in line to challenge Sean O’Malley for the bantamweight title. However, the current champion is already scheduled to defend his title against Marlon Vera at UFC 299. Vera is the only fighter to defeat O’Malley, whom he called out after his win over Aljamain Sterling at UFC 292, indicating a trend of seeking revenge for previous losses.
Embracing the role of the “Professor Machine,” Dvalishvili is fully committing to the gimmick.

In the video, Dvalishvili humorously predicts that he will come close to winning the title from Petr Yan and then mockingly calls out Frankie Saenz, who has retired from active competition.
After sharing his divisional predictions, Dvalishvili sends a message to Cejudo ahead of their upcoming match.
“The results from the hospital are in. Henry Cejudo has a longer tongue than me,” Dvalishvili joked. “But don’t worry. Dr. Merab will solve this problem on February 17th. See you there, Henry. I’m coming for you.”
