Ace Samples sent a strong message to the stacked BKFC bantamweight division on Friday at BKFC 69.
The Madcow, GA fighter dropped Mike Livingston to the canvas twice en route to the first-round knockout in their 135-pound matchup at the sold-out Gas South Arena in Atlanta, LIVE globally on The BKFC App.
“I was at the top of my game on Friday, and it felt great to do what I do best,” says Samples, who’s now 2-1 with a pair of knockouts in his BKFC career.
“I made sure to circle Mike Livingston in front of David Feldman, the bossman, before I knocked him out. The second that Mike was in front of David, I told myself to put him to (expletive) sleep and earn my check.”
Samples is eager to keep the good times rolling in 2025. He wants to keep stacking wins and earn a shot at undefeated BKFC World Bantamweight Champion Alberto “El Indio” Blas.
Does Samples believe he’s the man to dethrone Blas?
“I can finish Alberto Blas,” he says matter of factly.
“I need time to prepare, and I need a solid training camp. But I’ve got some of the best people in the world behind me, and it would be an absolute honor to toe the line with Alberto Blas.
“I’d accept that fight immediately.”
