Brock Anderson started in AEW in June 2021 as a member of the Nightmare Family with Cody Rhodes and his dad, Arn Anderson. Arn recently spoke about his son’s AEW journey on Foundation Radio. He felt it was too soon for Brock to debut and believed he needed more experience off TV.

Arn expressed gratitude to Tony Khan for the opportunity but admitted he thought it was premature. The decision to debut Brock came suddenly, right before an episode of “AEW Dynamite”.
The veteran wrestler recalled advising Brock to finish college before pursuing wrestling. However, after graduation, Brock wanted to wrestle. His debut match was alongside Cody Rhodes, and he continued wrestling in AEW until his contract ended last year.
