Bronson Reed Announces Upcoming Surgery for Broken Foot

Bronson Reed confirms the news.

Reed suffered an injury at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. During the Men’s WarGames match, he dove off the cage and went through a table. Reed sustained an injury on the landing, and WWE later announced that he suffered a broken foot. WWE also noted that he would be out of action indefinitely. Mike Johnson of PWInsider then reported that Reed was in Birmingham, Alabama, ahead of his scheduled surgery.

In a tweet, Bronson Reed confirmed that he would be getting surgery on Wednesday.

Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez provided an update on Reed following WWE’s announcement about his injury. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer said that Reed would be sidelined for several months, and he was not expected to be back for WWE WrestleMania 41. (H/t F4WOnline.com)
