Cody Rhodes will be taking on Solo Sikoa in a Bull Rope match at the WWE live event in Manchester, England on October 16. This match is part of a series of challenging bouts lined up for Rhodes in the upcoming weeks.
After the announcement of Rhodes’ title defense against Sikoa on SmackDown, WWE also revealed that the Undisputed WWE Champion would be competing in another major match on the season premiere on USA Network.
Aside from Rhodes vs. Sikoa, other matches to look forward to at the event include Gunther facing off against Jey Uso in a World Heavyweight Championship Street Fight and Nia Jax taking on Bayley for the WWE Women’s Championship.
The event in Manchester will see the participation of several other wrestling stars like LA Knight, Shinsuke Nakamura, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Jacob Fatu, #DIY, Santos Escobar, Andrade, Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, Chelsea Green, Piper Niven, and Randy Orton.
