UFC chief Dana White revealed he completed an 86-hour fast by drinking only water and bone broth.

The 54-year-old, who was in New York for UFC 295, said in a video posted to X that he began a fast after Saturday’s event and kept it until Wednesday.

Citing anonymous medical research on fasting, White claimed that fasting gives people “more than a 70 percent chance of not getting cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, and other nasty diseases.”



He also showed off his ripped body when the fast ended, saying it made him feel like a “superhero.”

“I did an 86-hour water fast and I feel incredible. Of course I’m not a doctor, but I’ve been told by experts that water fasting can help significantly reduce the risk of cancer and Alzheimer’s. There are diseases and many other health problems.”

He showed off his torn body at the end of his fast.

White appears at the UFC 295 event held at Madison Square Garden in New York on November 11th.


He later added, “Do your own research and consult your own medical professional. But I definitely recommend it.”

White explained that for the first 24 hours of her fast, she drank only water containing electrolytes.

He then introduced bone broth into his liquid diet for the next two days, drinking it twice a day.

White gushed at the physical results Fast produced.

“We’re obviously doing it internally,” he said. “But externally, we are completely torn to shreds regarding this matter.”

White previously sought medical help from human biologist and “biohacker” Gary Brecka, who told the martial arts mogul he had just over 10 years to live based on blood and DNA samples. .

Since then, White has lost 39 pounds and dramatically improved his health.
