Jon Jones had an eventful night in Las Vegas when he showed up for the official announcement of his upcoming UFC 309 match against Stipe Miocic at Madison Square Garden. The announcement took place during UFC 306 at the MSG-owned Sphere, where Jones was spotted at the front row, looking in top shape and prepared for the fight.

During the Noche UFC press conference, UFC CEO Dana White expressed some concerns when reporters noted that Jones was seen with Ryan Garcia, who has a history of alcohol-related problems. Despite Jones’ own past issues with alcohol and his previous troubles in Vegas, there have been no reports of any incidents this time. Jones was seen socializing with celebrities like Chris Brown and Michael Chandler and even arranged a training session with Alex Pereira for late October.

After the UFC 306 event, Jones headed to Merab Dvalishvili’s afterparty at XS Nightclub in the Wynn Las Vegas resort. Dvalishvili had just achieved a victory over Sean O’Malley for the bantamweight title, and Jones congratulated him and welcomed him into the champion’s circle in a video shared on social media. Jones was also seen in the DJ booth with Swedish House Mafia during the festivities.
