Paige VanZant is all set to step into the ring at Power Slap! The announcement was made by CEO Dana White during the UFC Saudi Arabia broadcast, revealing that VanZant will be taking on Christine Wolmarans from South Africa at Power Slap 8 on June 28.

This move signifies VanZant’s latest foray into combat sports following her transition from the UFC to the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Despite experiencing some recent defeats in BKFC matches, VanZant remains resolute and is now preparing to make her mark at Power Slap.

Apart from her BKFC endeavors, VanZant also ventured into professional boxing last May, where she competed against Elle Brooke for the Misfits Boxing middleweight title. While the bout ended in a split draw, a rematch between VanZant and Brooke is anticipated later this year.

VanZant’s upcoming bout at Power Slap is part of Dana White’s newest initiative, highlighting her skills in open-handed slapping. Despite facing challenges, VanZant’s resilience and endurance in the ring have been noteworthy, as she has never been knocked out in her 16-fight career.
