Joe Rogan, a long-time commentator for the UFC, recently expressed his belief that if Francis Ngannou, a former UFC heavyweight champion, were to fight Tyson Fury, former WBC heavyweight boxing champion, in a real fight, Ngannou would emerge as the victor.
Last summer, Ngannou had an exhibition boxing match against Fury in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. During the bout, Ngannou managed to knock Fury down early on but ultimately lost by a controversial split decision. Despite this outcome, Rogan stands by his opinion that Ngannou would defeat Fury in a genuine fight.
Ngannou is gearing up for his upcoming debut in the PFL organization where he will be facing Brazilian fighter Renan Ferreira in the SmartCage next month.
