Jake Paul has taken on a significant challenge by calling out a UFC competitor. Following his win over Mike Perry in July, Paul aimed to silence his doubters by challenging Alex Pereira, the dominant two-weight UFC champion in the Light Heavyweight category. Pereira is renowned for his knockout prowess and intimidating presence across weight classes. Despite his potential to claim titles in different divisions, it is improbable that the UFC would approve Pereira facing Paul in a boxing match, given the strained relationship between Paul and UFC chief Dana White.

Former UFC Heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou warned Paul against seeking a showdown with Pereira, acknowledging Pereira’s talents and cautioning Paul about the formidable test he would encounter. Ngannou even went so far as to predict that boxing icon Mike Tyson would defeat Paul in their forthcoming bout on November 15. Meanwhile, Ngannou is gearing up for his own MMA fight against Renan Ferreira in his debut for the Professional Fighter’s League on October 19 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
