Poirier is now on an indefinite suspension until he gets clearance from an ear, nose, and throat specialist for his nose injury and from an orthopedic specialist for his knee injury. Poirier is also contemplating retirement, making his UFC comeback uncertain.

Sean Strickland, who triumphed against Paulo Costa in the co-main event, is under an indefinite suspension pending an x-ray of his left tibia and clearance from an orthopedic specialist for his leg injury. On the other hand, Costa is facing an indefinite suspension until an orthopedic specialist clears him for a right ankle/foot injury.

Furthermore, Michael Oleksiejczuk is dealing with an indefinite suspension due to a broken arm from Kevin Holland’s submission. He must obtain clearance from an orthopedic specialist for his right arm/elbow before he can return to competition.

The list of UFC 302 medical suspensions covers a variety of fighters with different injuries, with suspension durations ranging from 30 days to indefinite until they are cleared by medical professionals from various specialties.
