Jake Paul, a cruiserweight boxer, is confident that he will secure a knockout victory over the seasoned former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson in their upcoming boxing bout scheduled for July in Texas. Paul aims to defeat the soon-to-be 58-year-old Tyson decisively, putting an end to his career once and for all.

Earlier this month, Paul outclassed Ryan Borland in Puerto Rico with a dominating first-round TKO victory, showcasing his skill as a fighter.

Mike Tyson, a former world heavyweight champion known for his exceptional knockout power, hasn’t competed since his split draw against Roy Jones Jr. in November 2020 after being absent from the sport for 15 years.

Jake Paul’s Strategy to Defeat Mike Tyson in July

When Paul faces the Brooklyn veteran at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, in July, he plans to defeat Tyson convincingly in their scheduled match and has vowed to retire the beloved fighter for good.

“You don’t need excessive promotion. Streaming the most significant fight of the 21st century from the largest NFL stadium in the U.S. and on the world’s biggest streaming platform is the ultimate approach,” Paul shared on his official account alongside a poster of his upcoming fight with Mike Tyson.

“No matter if you’re a Netflix viewer or attending the fight live, whether you support Team Paul or Team Tyson, whether you’re a long-time boxing enthusiast or a first-time viewer, this is an event not to be missed,” said Jake Paul. “We are thrilled to bring this epic showdown featuring the legend Mike Tyson to all our Netflix subscribers on Saturday, July 20th.”

“My ultimate goal is to become a world champion, and now I have the opportunity to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion of all time, the fiercest man in the ring, and the most formidable boxer in history,” expressed Jake Paul. “It’s time to retire ‘Iron’ Mike.”
