In the headline bout, WBA Continental Americas Super Light champion Brown (6-0. 3 KOs) emerged victorious over Bauza (18-2, 8 KOs) after ten intense rounds, with Brown scoring a crucial knockdown in the first round.
Bauza started strong in the first round but Brown turned the tide with a right body shot that led to a knockdown. The fight continued with both fighters showing their skills and exchanging punches throughout the match.
The judges unanimously scored the fight in favor of Brown with scores of 99-93, 98-91, and 97-92.
In another match, super lightweight fighter Hendri ‘La Bazuca’ Cedeno (14-0, 11 KOs) secured a victory over Enrico ‘Gudan’ Gogokhia (13-2-2, 8 KOs) after five rounds due to Gogokhia’s left shoulder injury.
Middleweight southpaw Yoelvis ‘La Joya’ Gomez (8-1, 7 KOs) also impressed with a win by stopping Diego ‘Mexicano’ Ferreira (11-3, 7 KOs) after four rounds.
Bantamweight boxer Carlos ‘Prettyboy’ Lebron (3-1-1, 3 KOs) fought to a majority draw against Luis Quiles (2-0-1, 1 KO) in a spirited four-round bout.
