Kickboxing star Ken Segawa showed off his grotesquely swollen legs that made it impossible for him to walk.

The Japanese fighter suffered a thigh strain during his match against Thai legend Superlek Kiatom9 at ONE 165 in Tokyo over the weekend.

He lost by decision over five rounds, but later revealed that he was still battling immense pain.

Segawa took to Instagram to show off her tear-jerking bruised left leg.

“Thank you so much for all the comments and messages. Your words are encouraging.

“I would be happy if my fight could give someone the strength to live.The athletes at Super Rec were really strong.

“I tore my thigh and can’t walk or think right now, but I’m determined to move forward.

“I’ll take a little break, find the answer on my own, and report back. Thank you for your support.”

Segawa suffered a severe injury to his leg by Super Rec during the match, and gave an emotional speech after the loss.

With tears in his eyes, he said, “I wanted to win and prove that I’m the best in the world.

“I wanted to give strength to the fans and everyone who supported me and watched the pay-per-view.

“I wanted to give you all my strength, but I gave it all and reached the limits and breaking point of my body.

“I wanted to win and make everyone proud. I pushed myself as if my life depended on it.

“These are tough times with the earthquake[in Tokyo]and other things going on, and I understand that people may be struggling.

“I wanted to give strength to those people by showing them that if you try hard, you can overcome it.

“But this is the limit of what I can do. I can’t get any stronger.”
