In the main event, Gilbert Burns and Sean Brady need to meet the welterweight non-title fight limit of 171 pounds. Burns, a former UFC title contender, faced consecutive losses against Belal Muhammad and Jack Della Maddalena. On the other hand, Brady bounced back from a defeat to Muhammad with a third-round submission victory over Kelvin Gastelum in December.
