The first ProBox TV card of 2024 will be headlined by a powerful clash between two undefeated fighters.

Probox TV’s Chris Glover confirmed to The Ring over the weekend that junior welterweights Luis Feliciano and Mikuwan Williams will fight on January 17th. The 10-round match will be streamed live on the ProBox TV YouTube page and application.

The winner will move closer to securing a spot as a contender in one of boxing’s most competitive divisions.

“This is a fight where the winner moves on to bigger and better places,” Glover told The Ring. “Feliciano has the ability to knock you out. Williams has the ability to outbox you. This is an interesting style matchup. I don’t think this fight will last long.”

Feliciano (17-0, 8 KOs) last fought on April 1st in his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, defeating Clarence Booth by unanimous decision. In his last bout in August 2022, Feliciano overcame a knockdown in the opening round to earn a hard-fought majority decision over Alejandro Frias Rodriguez.

Feliciano, 30, made his professional debut in February 2017 under the Golden Boy Promotions banner. On his way to becoming a top prospect, Feliciano defeated the likes of Miguel Canino Rodriguez and Genaro Gamez, who were undefeated in their respective matches. He also had wins over once-defeated Jonathan Fortuna and fringe contender Herberto Acevedo.

Williams also faced Booth recently, dropping him once en route to a lopsided victory in November 2022. In his last match on June 9, Williams drew by majority decision with gatekeeper Paulo Cesar Galdino.

Williams (19-0-2, 8 KOs), a 25-year-old from East Hartford, Conn., headlined the ShoBox telecast in January 2021, dropping Jesus Gabriel Solano once on the way to a unanimous decision.

Another notable fight in Williams’ career was a majority decision draw against Treshaun Wiggins in October 2019.

Also on the Probox TV card, welterweight contender Floydis Rojas (12-0, 11 KOs) of Las Vegas, Nevada will take on Cristian Baez (19-3, 17 KOs) of Venezuela in a 10-round bout.

In a clash of undefeated lightweight prospects, Roger Hilley (13-0, 8 KOs) of Chattanooga, Tennessee will take on James Browning (9-0, 7 KOs) of Tempe, Arizona in an eight-round bout.
