Conor McGregor is deep into rigorous training once again, as revealed by SBG Ireland head coach John Kavanagh. While McGregor is busy promoting Forged Irish Stout at breweries around the world, Kavanagh is guiding him through the training process. Their routine includes sharing videos for expert feedback and analysis. Despite being physically apart, McGregor, who is currently touring the U.S. as part of the Forged Irish Stout promotion, and Kavanagh are keeping in touch by exchanging training materials and strategies.

It is crucial for McGregor to focus on preventing any future leg injuries as he trains. Although he had been eyeing a comeback in December following a toe injury, UFC CEO Dana White predicts McGregor won’t return to the octagon until early 2025. Kavanagh noted that McGregor has been putting in work with training partners in the U.S. and is looking impressive in the video footage they share. If McGregor were to aim for a December fight, Kavanagh would support the decision.

Stay motivated, Mr. Chandler.
