Michael Chandler has engaged in some strategizing with Machine Gun Kelly before his highly anticipated fight with Conor McGregor.

On Saturday, June 29, the Irish superstar will make his comeback to the Octagon after nearly three years as the headliner at UFC 303 in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Shortly before the fight, ‘Iron’ seems to be toying with McGregor by posting a picture with Grammy-nominated artist Machine Gun Kelly.

McGregor and MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, almost came to blows during a brief altercation at the 2021 MTV Music Awards. The reason behind the near scuffle remains unknown, but speculations quickly emerged suggesting it was due to animosity. It was rumored that the incident stemmed from McGregor allegedly sending a direct message to Kelly’s girlfriend, actress Megan Fox.

However, McGregor’s representatives denied these allegations.



Chandler recently shared a photo with Kelly, which was clearly perceived as a dig at McGregor.

This is not the first time Machine Gun Kelly has clashed with the former MMA world champion. Sean Strickland, who was at a Powerslap event during Super Bowl weekend, criticized Kelly’s attire, saying he looked like a poorly dressed individual” and compared him to a vampire.
