NXT Holds Women’s Combine To Decide Wrestlers Competing for North American Title Match

A group of twelve women have earned their spots to compete in the qualifying matches for the NXT Women’s North American Championship at NXT Battleground.

During the recent episode of WWE NXT on May 7, a combine took place involving 20 women to select the contenders for the NXT Women’s North American Championship qualifying matches. The inaugural champion will be determined through a Ladder Match at NXT Battleground.

The women’s combine featured various assessments focusing on speed, power, strength, and fitness. The drills included tasks like the 10-yard sled push, in-ring shuttle drill, vertical jump, broad jump, rotational punch, overhead medicine ball throw, and a conditioning gauntlet.

Following the combine, NXT General Manager Ava announced the twelve women who advanced to the qualifying matches:

  • Jaida Parker
  • Brinley Reece
  • Michin
  • Fallon Henley
  • Lash Legend
  • Ivy Nile
  • Izzi Dame
  • Kelani Jordan
  • Tatum Paxley
  • Wren Sinclair
