Randy Orton, Carmelo Hayes, and Tama Tonga were triumphant on the latest WWE SmackDown episode. The show that aired on May 10 marked the beginning of the King of the Ring tournament on the blue brand, following its commencement on RAW earlier in the week.
During one match, Carmelo Hayes secured a win over Baron Corbin with a roll-up following a fiercely contested bout. Tama Tonga also emerged victorious by defeating Angelo Dawkins with the assistance of Tonga Loa and Solo Sikoa.
In the intense main event, Randy Orton emerged as the winner against AJ Styles after a closely fought match. Orton sealed the victory with an RKO after countering a Phenomenal Forearm attempt by Styles.
Looking forward, Orton will square off against Carmelo Hayes in the upcoming round of the tournament, while Tama Tonga will face the victor of the match between Santos Escobar and LA Knight.
