On Monday (June. 17, 2024), the start of UFC Saudi Arabia fight week, Sedriques Dumas shared on social media that his fight with Denis Tiuliulin has been called off.

Dumas expressed his regret to fans and teams for the postponement due to VA and flight reasons. He assured that a new date will be announced soon. “Sorry to my fans and teams. The fight has been postponed because of VA and flight reasons. Stay tuned. We should have a soon date available soon. Hope we can ride it back,” Dumas wrote.

Later on Instagram, Dumas posted a cryptic message expressing his feelings.

Dumas shared, “After everything I have done and everything else, I feel like a f—king bozo. I stuck my neck out and did a lot for people and at the end of the day I get looked at like shit. Somethings happen in mysterious as a way just to show how things and people are. I can’t believe this shit.”






The cancellation of Dumas vs. Tiuliulin marks the seventh fight that has been scrapped.

Dumas, with a record of 9-2, recently faced controversy with an eye-poking incident in his last fight at UFC Atlantic City against Nursulton Ruziboev.

Tiuliulin, holding an 11-9 record, is currently on a three-fight losing streak within the UFC.
