New Features in UFC 5 Include Playable Venue at The Sphere

The latest update for UFC 5 introduces exciting new changes in preparation for the upcoming UFC 306: “O’Malley vs. Dvalishvili” event scheduled for Sept. 14 at The Sphere in Las Vegas. Following the event, players can access The Sphere as a playable venue in the game. As a tribute to Mexican Independence Day, certain UFC 5 fighters will have the option to sport Riyadh Season Noche UFC 306 Fight Kits at The Sphere. Additionally, some Mexican fighters will showcase new alter egos as part of their expanded fighter profiles. The game updates are set to roll out on Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. ET.

The latest patch includes the introduction of new alter egos for fighters such as Cain Velasquez, Alexa Grasso, Yair Rodriguez, and Brandon Moreno. Furthermore, new fighters like Tatsuro Taira, Tabatha Ricci, Daniel Zellhuber, and Manuel Torres have been added to the roster. The update also addresses gameplay issues like fighter movement glitches and scoring adjustments to enhance the player experience.

UFC 306 will headline a showdown between Sean O’Malley and Merab Dvalishvili, with a co-main event featuring Alexa Grasso against Valentina Shevchenko. The main card for the Pay-Per-View (PPV) event will also showcase bouts between Brian Ortega and Diego Lopes, as well as Raul Rosas Jr. and Aoriqileng. The event kicks off on Sept. 14, with the preliminaries starting at 6:30 p.m. ET and the PPV main card at 10 p.m. ET. MMAmania.com will offer live coverage of the event.
