Themba Golimbo is in need of a new opponent for his upcoming UFC fight, and before moving on, he wanted his originally planned opponent to understand his sentiments.
Golimbo confirmed the initial report from MMA mania that Kiefer Crosby had to withdraw from their APEX game on February 3rd due to injury. “The Answer” shared the news on Twitter along with social media posts and screenshots of conversations with Crosby.

It’s never nice to hear that the other person is hurt.
This guy said so many things about me that now I think I need insurance.
The lesson is (don’t hate it)
If you become a wrecker, good things will happen.
The incident has been resolved ❤️ pic.twitter.com/x0KDY9azwv— Themba TL Golimbo (@TheAnswerMMA) January 5, 2024
“It’s never good to hear your opponent is injured,” Golimbo said. “This guy said a lot about me, but now I think I need insurance. The lesson is, don’t be a hater. If you get towed, good things will happen. The incident has been resolved.”
Since joining the promotion, Golimbo has participated in two Octagon fights, losing his debut to AJ Fletcher via submission in February and securing his first UFC win three months later with a unanimous decision victory over Takashi Sato. Following this triumph, actor Dwayne Johnson gifted Golimbo a house in Miami.
