Arn Anderson, a WWE Hall of Famer, surprised fans by appearing at WWE SummerSlam in Cleveland, OH. He gave a pep talk to Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes before Rhodes successfully defended his title against Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline in the main event. At the event, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, WWE Chief Content Officer, posed for a photo with Anderson and his son, Brock Anderson, who is a former AEW star.

Levesque expressed his admiration, saying, “Always humbling to be in the presence of a legend like Arn Anderson. So great to have him and his family with us this past Saturday for a massive [SummerSlam].” Although not explicitly named in Levesque’s post, Brock was a significant part of the photo, standing between his father and Levesque. However, Brock did not appear at SummerSlam like his father.

Currently, Arn Anderson is guiding his son’s career. He mentioned that Brock, a former football player, is not yet prepared for WWE’s developmental program and needs to work on his basics. Brock was previously seen on AEW’s YouTube shows like “AEW Dark” and “AEW Dark: Elevation” before choosing not to renew his contract in October of the previous year. Arn has been absent from WWE programming since 2019 when he was released from the company following an incident involving Alicia Fox. He then became a regular presence on AEW’s shows, providing advice to Cody Rhodes, including the famous “shoot first, ask questions later” mentality.
