As a result of the merger with TKO Group Holdings, the exodus of WWE personnel persists. Michael Levin, who served as the Vice President of International Events and the General Manager of Emerging Markets, has departed from WWE after more than seven years of service. Levin’s role was supposedly eliminated as part of the continuous integration of WWE and UFC under TKO Group. Similarly, Steve Rubin, a dedicated WWE employee of 26 years, is no longer associated with the company. The circumstances surrounding Rubin’s exit remain uncertain at this point.
These departures mark the most recent events in a string of exits within WWE over the last eight months, which includes the layoffs of over 100 backstage employees, the departure of Executive Producer Kevin Dunn, and the release of other prominent executives and talent. The persistent turnover within the organization signals a substantial restructuring post the merger with TKO Group.
