The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is making its way back to Utah with the first of two upcoming pay-per-view events in October. UFC 307 is set to happen on October 5 at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. This will be the UFC’s return to Salt Lake City since the memorable UFC 291 event in July 2023, where Justin Gaethje claimed victory over Dustin Poirier to secure the BMF title with a head-kick knockout.

One of the notable moments at the Delta Center was in August 2022 when Leon Edwards secured a remarkable win over Kamaru Usman with a head kick in the fifth round to become the welterweight champion at UFC 278.

Although no official fight matchups have been confirmed for UFC 307 yet, fans can anticipate exciting bouts such as Movsar Evloev vs. Aljamain Sterling, Jose Aldo vs. Mario Bautista, and Kayla Harrison vs. Ketlen Vieira to be featured on the pay-per-view card.

UFC 307 is scheduled to take place three weeks before UFC 308, which is slated for October 26 in Abu Dhabi.
