Marian Dziochowski faces another stroke of bad luck.
During the co-main event of KSW 93 at the Adidas Arena in Paris, Ziolkowski faced Wilson Barrera. The fight was evenly matched until the second round when Ziolkowski’s punch caused Barrera to dislocate his right shoulder. Recognizing the injury, Barrera informed the referee, leading to the fight being stopped and Barrera declared the TKO winner.
At 33, Djorkowski has encountered a series of unfortunate events in his career. Last summer, he tore knee ligaments just before his scheduled title match with Saladin Parnas, resulting in him having to forfeit his KSW lightweight title. This recent fight against Barrera was his comeback since that incident, and sadly, he has now lost his title. It appears that the “Golden Boy” might face more challenges ahead.
