On December 16, WWE taped the December 23 episode of WWE RAW at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
The spoilers, courtesy of Ringside News, are as follows:
Drew McIntyre opens the show with a promo, targeting Roman Reigns and CM Punk. Sami Zayn interrupts, leading to a back-and-forth on the microphone. Jey Uso intervenes when McIntyre gains the upper hand during a brawl.
IYO SKY defeats Natalya and Alba Fyre to advance in the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament. SKY replaced Kairi Sane in the match.
In a backstage segment, R-Truth, Alpha Academy, American Made, Pete Dunne, and Judgment Day all make appearances.
Chad Gable defeats Akira Tozawa by submission. Otis intervenes for the save when Gable refuses to release the hold.
Damian Priest defeats Dominik Mysterio and attacks JD McDonagh, who was dressed as Santa Claus, during the match. The Judgment Day gangs up on Priest after the match.
The Final Testament interferes in The Miz’s match against Dexter Lumis. The Wyatt Sicks make the post-match save.
In a promo, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods take a jab at Wade Barrett, comparing him to Big E by saying he’ll never lace up his boots again. Kofi mentions his mom in the crowd, who “disavows” her son, much to the fans’ delight.
Drew McIntyre defeats Sami Zayn.
Solo Sikoa and his Bloodline come out and overpower Uso and Zayn, leaving them laid out.
