Both WBO and IBF middleweight champion Zhanibek Alimkhanuly will not be able to defend his titles against Andrei Mikhailovich on Saturday night as originally planned. Top Rank revealed that the unbeaten champion had to be admitted to the hospital on Thursday because of dehydration. Consequently, Alimkhanuly was forced to withdraw from the fight.
Following Alimkhanuly’s withdrawal, the main event of the ESPN+ broadcast card will now feature Tevin Farmer’s lightweight bout with Raymond Muratalla.
